On Thursday, August 27, from 8:00 am to 9:00 am EDT we were delighted to host a call on the latest developments in Turkey. The call featured special guest and speaker Zafer Sönmez, Chief Executive Officer of the Turkey Wealth Fund (TWF), who discussed the main structural issues of the Turkish economy and how TWF would address these. The discussion was moderated by Robin Brooks, Managing Director and Chief Economist at the IIF, who also gave an update on the balance of payment picture and Lira fair value.
