Margaret Franklin

Since September 2019, Margaret Franklin, CFA, has led CFA Institute and its more than 200,000 members worldwide in promoting the highest standards of education, ethics, and professional excellence in the investment profession. In that time, she has overseen the most extensive overhaul of the CFA Program in its 60-year history, expanded its learning portfolio into professional courses and certificates, and increased the reach of its research, advocacy, and standards activities.   Margaret has 25 years’ investment and wealth management leadership experience at BNY Mellon, Marret Private Wealth and Asset Management, and KJ Harrison & Partners.
