The IIF Global Outlook Forum, held in Washington, D.C. alongside the World Bank/IMF Spring Meetings, will be an in-depth exploration of the evolving risks facing investors and financial institutions. 2024 marked a historic year of elections in the U.S. and globally, and key others remain on the horizon. We have seen the world's voters largely reject incumbency and the economic status quo. Accordingly, we are witnessing diminishing support for multilateralism and an increasingly fragmented policy landscape, all in the context of evolving geopolitical risks, harrowing debt levels and mounting demographic concerns. The IIF Global Outlook Forum will bring together global policymakers, regulators and financial leaders to navigate these challenges, and more importantly, define a path for growth for 2025.
