David Folcher is a Program Associate in the Regulatory Affairs Department, supporting the work of IIF working groups and committees on prudential regulation, sustainability, and EU issues.
David has been with the IIF since 2022, initially serving in the Global Membership Department, where he managed accounts for Latin America. Prior to this, he worked as an international relations consultant in New York and Brussels, and served as a policy advisor at the European Banking Federation.
Education
David was born in France and pursued his education at two of Europe's top-ranking universities, Sciences Po and the College of Europe, earning a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy and a Master's degree in European Interdisciplinary Studies.
