Irene Lee is a Research Assistant in the Economic Research department. In this role, she is responsible for assisting with the data collection and economic report production processes in support of economic research. Her research interests concern the interactions between transition financing, ESG policies, and capital flow in the global economy. She joined IIF in 2024.
Prior to joining, Irene has garnered extensive research experience from working as a Research Assistant and Lab Manager for professors at both the Wharton School and University of Pennsylvania Carey School of Law.
Education
Irene holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with concentrations in Finance and Legal Studies.
